I’m new to anime production. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Uemo offers content designed for beginners.
You’ll also gain insights from active creators about how they think and approach their work, helping you build a strong foundation in anime production.
Can I use this service outside of Japan?
Yes, Uemo is available in select regions outside Japan.
Please note that the registration and subscription process may vary slightly depending on your location.
Can I pay with something other than a credit card?
At this time, Uemo only accepts credit card payments.

About Taking Courses
Who teaches the courses at Uemo?
Uemo’s content is led by active professionals currently working in Japan’s anime and creative industries.
Our instructors include directors, animators, voice actors, anime writers, and others with extensive experience in their fields—
sharing insights based on their real-world careers and personal journeys.
You can view each instructor’s profile on the respective course introduction pages.
What languages are available for learning?
All course audio is in Japanese, allowing you to hear directly from the creators themselves.
English subtitles are provided for all videos, and Arabic subtitles will be added progressively in the future.
About Cancellation
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time.
Monthly members can cancel before the end of the current month.
Annual members are asked to cancel at least one month before their plan ends.
Do I get a refund if I cancel partway through my plan?
As Uemo is a prepaid subscription service, refunds are not provided for mid-term cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
