Is credit card the only payment method?

Yes, currently Uemo only accepts credit card payments.

Is this service available only in Japan?

Our services are available in certain regions outside of Japan. However, registration and subscription processes may vary depending on the region.

Is it possible to cancel my membership?

Of course, you can cancel at any time. For monthly members, please cancel by the end of the month in which you are using the service. For annual members, please cancel at least one month before your subscription period ends.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel mid-term?

There is no refund for mid-term cancellations during the subscription period.
